Customers have 14 calendar days from date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Receipt or proof of purchase must be included with all returns.
Once an item is returned, it will be inspected and the sender will be notified that it has been received. The customer will be notified of the status of the refund after the item has been inspected.
When a return is approved, a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) will be initiated. Dependent upon the card issuer's policies, credit should be received within a few days. Cash refunds will not be made.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the customer chooses to return an item, it will be their responsibility to pay return shipping costs. If a refund is authorized, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund total. Orders received after 3:00 pm C.T. will be shipped the following business day
